Terms and Conditions – IMIT Training

The process to book your place in our 11+ Mock Exams will begin by registering yourself online at https://imittraining.com/account/.
Our 11+ Mock Exams are displayed as a Course on our website, once you Enrol into a Course and the payment has been processed successfully, you will receive a booking confirmation email for the Mock Test. Please note that the prices include VAT. Our VAT registration number: 990 7389 67.
Please let us know the details of the children (viz. Name, Address, Date of Birth, Emergency Contact number) via email (helpdesk@imittraining.com).
Our 11+ Mock Exams (in-person) can be cancelled up to 3 weeks prior to the scheduled exam for a full refund. For cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled exam will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the paid amount. In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 2 weeks of the scheduled exam date, no refund can be provided.
Please note that the child needs to be dropped or collected promptly on the day of the exam.
No food will be provided for health & safety reasons – you can pack a snack and water in a clear bottle.
Our 11+ Mock Exam papers are not sent out to the children. The results will include enough details to identify the weak areas.
Our 11+ Mock tests are not related to The Latymer School admission tests. Please do not contact the school if you want to book our tests. Please contact helpdesk@imittraining.com.
We will try our best to ensure that each of our 11+ Mock Exam takes place on the scheduled day. However, we do reserve the right to cancel an exam due to circumstances beyond our control or for any other reason. In this event, our liability will be limited to the amount you have paid. A full refund will be made in the event of any cancellation made by us.
We exclude liability for damages for any claims in law including contract, negligence, tort, statute or otherwise.
